American Forests is the nation’s oldest nonprofit dedicated to forest stewardship and conservation. We are leading the fight to restore our forests, end the wildfire crisis and ensure tree canopy so that every community can have clean air and water, cool shade, and safety from wildfires. For 150 years, we have combined science, policy, planning, partnerships, and on-the-ground action to grow forests that last, build wildfire resilience and invest in trees for healthier cities.
